So today was the big day. Christmas Carnage 2011, 8 players fighting on 3 maps for the title. Sadly 2 players didnt show up although they registered. My favourite player xeqtR and the predicted winner of the cup frozen. Luckily we could replace them by kevintheking and quaz, both pretty strong players, especially on todays maps.
1st map - dm_lostvillage_r1
kevin and quaz both had an awesome game here and were always head-to-head in scores. In the end kevin won with a pretty decent k/d ratio and quaz made it on the second rank. Shogo played extremely well considering his high ping, bringing him onto the third rank. Raichu was afk the first 16 minutes due to a 600ms ping, luckily nobody found him in the back of the map. Raph came in the last few minutes of the map, he had a good run but he could have done much better if he was in time. 
2nd map - dm_caverns_r1
Quaz had an awesome start here getting like 9 frags without dying. kevin didnt have such a good start but fought his way back to the top during the 20 minutes. In the end kevin secured the first rank once again and quazar finished closely behind him on the second rank. Next we had Shogo and Raph with the same amount of frags but Shogo managed to die less than Raph, so he got rank 3. I also want to mention Tirran on this map, because he had an awesome k/d ratio aswell.
3rd map - dm_lockdown
Big surprise here. I actually thought Quaz is going to win this map with ease since he`s a beast on lockdown. But kevin showed once again an awesome performance and climbed up to rank 1. Raph finished on rank 2, followed by Quaz with the better k/d ratio.
Overall results:
Kevin won all 3 maps with the final amount of 199 frags. With 178 frags on second place: Quaz. And on the third place we have Shogo with 158 frags.
